The assistant climbs into a long narrow box. The head, feet and the rest of the body are completely visible. Two blades are inserted in the centre. The magician separates the box in the middle showing the moving feet of the girl in a box and the still living head in the other one. The rest of the body is still visible through the two transparent openings of the boxes.
Boxes are rejoined and the assistant's body is restored
